Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Kobin at 5.0 against Simma's 4.2. Kobin also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Simma's advantage is ratings volume (509 vs 3) and update cadence (every 11 days vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
