You're not imagining it. The 3am wake-ups, the brain fog before a meeting you prepared for, the week where everything felt harder for no reason you could name. You've probably been told it's stress. Or that you're fine. Or that it's just your age. HormoneOS helps you find out whether there's a pattern — and gives you the words to raise it. HOW IT WORKS 1. Check in for 60 seconds a day. Speak it or tap it. Mood, energy, sleep, pain, and whatever symptoms you're tracking. 2. Connect Apple Health, if you want to. Your Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop or ring already writes sleep, heart rate, HRV and temperature there. We read it — never write to it. 3. Every Sunday, get your report. Not a dashboard. A short piece of writing about your own last 28 days, naming what showed up together and when. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT Every check-in answers you back. Log a symptom and you'll see something true about your own history — "that's the 3rd time brain fog has come up this week" — not a badge for showing up. Your 28 days as one picture. Symptoms, period days and your scores on a shared timeline, so clustering is something you see rather than something you have to work out. Tap any day to read exactly what you logged. Written for the appointment. When a pattern is worth raising, the report gives you the sentence to say out loud. Save it to a list that stays put, so it's in your hand in the exam room weeks later. Your words matter. Note that a kid was sick or you were travelling, and the report factors it in instead of blaming your hormones for a bad week that had a cause. WHAT IT ISN'T HormoneOS does not diagnose anything, and it never will. It reports patterns in data you recorded, in the past tense. It doesn't predict your cycle, tell you what you'll feel next week, or explain why something happened — that conversation belongs to you and your doctor. We just make sure you walk in with the evidence. PRIVACY Voice check-ins are transcribed on your phone. Audio never leaves the device and is never uploaded — only the text you confirm. Apple Health access is read-only. We never write anything back. Export everything we hold about you to your inbox, any time, from Settings. Delete your account and all of it goes, permanently. SUBSCRIPTION Free forever: log a 60-second daily check-in, and see your streaks, trends, and where symptoms fall across your cycle. Your data is always yours. With a subscription (7-day free trial, then $12.99/month or $89/year): weekly reports that read your patterns in context and turn them into questions to bring to your doctor, plus reflections that keep learning your body cycle after cycle. You're not paying for more reports — you're paying for continuous learning. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Account Settings. Hormone OS helps you notice patterns in your own data. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
