HOW TO USE eait: 1. Answer a few questions, and eait builds your plan: a calorie target with its arithmetic shown. 2. Snap a photo of your meal, or just say what you ate. 3. Get calories and macros against your own targets. Wrong portion? Say so in plain words and the numbers recompute. eait is for anyone who wants to know whether a meal fits their day. You take the photo; eait does the arithmetic and tells you in plain words how the meal sits against your plan. Your target never goes below 1,200 kcal for women or 1,500 kcal for men, and Apple Health syncs both ways. Questions or ideas? Write to lets@eait.fit. NOTE: We do not offer medical advice. Calories and macros are estimates from photographs, not measurements: on 8 reference dishes with weighed ingredients, the median error was about 28%. Talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian before changing how you eat, especially if you have a medical condition. SUBSCRIPTION Your plan and your first analysis come before you pay anything, with no account and no card. After that, eait needs a subscription: 3 days free, then monthly or yearly, or a one-time lifetime unlock. The price shows in your currency before you agree. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
