About

ScriptRoll

Professional teleprompter. One-time purchase. No subscription -- ever. ScriptRoll was built by someone who spent years fighting bad teleprompter apps. Vague speed sliders. Subscription paywalls. Missing features hidden behind upsells. ScriptRoll replaces all of that with a single, honest purchase that works on every Apple device you own. PAY ONCE, USE EVERYWHERE Buy ScriptRoll once and it runs on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. No separate purchases. No per-device unlocks. Write your script on Mac, rehearse on iPad, record on iPhone -- one app, one price. EXACT WPM SPEED CONTROL Other teleprompters give you a slider and hope you figure it out. ScriptRoll lets you set your exact words-per-minute. If your target pace is 145 WPM, you type 145 and the scroll matches. No guessing. FINAL DRAFT (FDX) IMPORT Import .fdx files directly. ScriptRoll automatically detects speakers and assigns each one a distinct color, so multi-voice scripts are easy to follow at a glance. No manual formatting required. IMPORT FROM ANYWHERE Bring in scripts from iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox using the native Files picker. Your files, your storage, your choice. SPEAKER COLOR CODING Working with dialogue, interviews, or multi-host scripts? Each speaker gets a unique color. You always know whose line is next. MIRROR MODE Using a beam splitter or teleprompter hardware rig? Flip your script with one tap. Mirror mode works on any device. RECORD WHILE YOU READ Use your device camera to record video while the prompter scrolls. The camera view sits behind the text so you maintain eye contact. Your script text is NOT burned into the video -- you get a clean recording every time. SCRIPT LIBRARY Organize scripts into folders, search by title or content, and sync across devices with iCloud. Your library travels with you. BUILT FOR REAL WORK - Script editing with live word count and estimated read time - Eye-line guide to keep your gaze centered - Full font and color customization - Tap to start and stop, drag to manually scroll - Mac external display support for dedicated teleprompter monitors - No account required. No sign-up. No backend. Just open and go. WHO USES SCRIPTROLL Content creators recording videos. Pastors and speakers delivering sermons and talks. Coaches running virtual sessions. Journalists and broadcasters reading to camera. Corporate presenters nailing quarterly reviews. Anyone who reads to an audience and needs the words to scroll at the right speed. ScriptRoll is a professional tool sold at an honest price. No subscriptions. No gimmicks. No AI nonsense. Just a teleprompter that works.
