Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: EQ Chatter App at 5.0 against Churchill Downs's 4.0. EQ Chatter App also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Churchill Downs's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
