Keep your habits alive. Literally. Kranag is a living digital creature that survives only if you follow through on your real-world focus sessions. Ignore your discipline and it weakens. Stay consistent and it grows stronger. Instead of tracking habits with lists and streaks, Kranag turns your discipline into a living system you actually care about. Start a focus session, block distractions, and commit to what matters. When you complete a session, you earn rewards that feed and sustain Kranag. Over time your creature evolves based on how consistently you show up. Your habits give it life. FOCUS SESSIONS THAT MATTER Choose a short session and start working. • 5 minute quick focus • 10 minute reset • 15 minute deep work • 25 minute full focus Even small steps move you forward. FEED YOUR CREATURE Every completed session earns carrots you can use to feed Kranag. When it’s cared for, it thrives. Neglect it, and it becomes tired and weak.
