About

Omloo

Features

Omloo is the app for everything that keeps coming back – around the house, for the car, for your pets and for your own deadlines. Plan recurring tasks in almost any rhythm and never forget when something is due again. NEW: STUFF – EVERYTHING YOU TAKE CARE OF Add your things, and Omloo suggests the right tasks right away: • Vehicles: inspection, tire changes, oil change, insurance • Pets: vaccinations, deworming, vet check-ups, claw trimming • House & apartment: heating service, smoke alarms, meter readings • Garden & balcony: mowing in season, hedge trimming, getting plants ready for winter • People: ID and passport expiry, dentist and health check-ups Every template can be adjusted. With a lead time, deadlines like your passport show up in “Now” well in advance. The logbook keeps track of what happened: mileage, weight at the vet, repairs, meter readings. Templates follow your country – in the UK, for example, the MOT. ANY RHYTHM YOU NEED Daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, yearly, or your own custom interval. Set fixed weekdays (e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri), a fixed day of the month, or a fixed date each year. Seasonal tasks only run part of the year, say April to October. Once it's set up, Omloo schedules the next due date on its own – even after you complete or skip one. TWO KINDS OF TASKS • Scheduled tasks are due on a specific day – with or without a time of day. • Ongoing tasks have a window: a deadline (“by …”) or a window that comes back every year, like your tax return. They show up in good time and grow more urgent toward the end of the window. EVERYTHING DUE, AT A GLANCE The “Now” overview sorts automatically by due date: overdue, today, tomorrow, this week, this month … You instantly see what's coming up – no sorting required. YOUR CALENDAR, RIGHT THERE Show your phone calendar and see the next few days' events right next to your tasks. Read-only and on your device only – no double bookkeeping. REMINDERS THAT LAND Up to three reminders on the due date – morning, noon and evening, each one optional – so nothing slips through. All of this, Stuff included, is completely free when you use it on your own. TOGETHER AS A HOUSEHOLD Invite more people with an invite code or a QR scan – each with their own account, all in the same household: • Assign tasks to specific members or leave them open “for everyone” • Everyday jobs (emptying the dishwasher, setting the table …) earn points – with a weekly overview and weekly winners • Fridge, your digital fridge door: notes and checklists for everyone, right up to the shared shopping list everyone ticks off live • Live sync across every device in the household • Push notifications when someone completes a task or pins something to your fridge door Using it on your own stays free forever. Only when you plan together as a household does a fair subscription unlock the team features – monthly or yearly, cancel anytime. REDESIGNED FOR EVERY SCREEN A clean look with icons and category colors you choose yourself. On tablets and foldables, Omloo shows the list and details side by side. FAIR & INDEPENDENT Omloo is an independent project, run deliberately lean: no tracking, no ads, never selling your data to anyone. Instead of chasing maximum profit, we keep a fair price that sustains the app for the long run. Sign in with email, Apple or Google – delete your account and household completely, anytime. Omloo is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese.
