UPSnut Pro vs Volteec

UPSnut Pro can be used to retrieve UPS status information, like battery charge level, battery voltage, time on battery and so on, from an UPS with a network management card (compatible with SNMPv1/v2c) or NUT (Network UPS Tools)/ APC UPS Daemon (apcupsd) server that has an UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) hooked up to it. Features: - App supports the latest NUT server / APCUPSD and is compatible with all iPhone running iOS 16 or higher. - SNMP Support for v1 and v2c. - Dark mode is supported. Requirements: - Any UPS compatible with NUT or APCUPSD or UPS with SNMP management (following IETF SNMP standard) - Server - this can be any device that can host the NUT / APCUPSD service (Note: you can not run the server on an iPhone, the phone is just the client. Advanced UPS monitoring for self-hosted environments. Requires a backend server (NUT or Volteec Backend). Volteec is a private, read-only UPS status viewer for iPhone and iPad, designed for homelab and self-hosted setups. Connect the app to your own monitoring backend to see: • UPS status (Online / On Battery / Offline) • Battery percentage and runtime (when available) • Load and voltage details (when available) • Real-time updates Optional push alerts are available via Relay for critical status changes. Note: Push alerts require your monitoring server to be reachable from the internet over HTTPS. If the server is offline or only accessible locally, notifications won’t be delivered. No Volteec account is required by default. The app does not collect personal data.
