The process of issuing fatwas – the primary role of the Dar al-Ifta – is integral to the process of providing pragmatic guidance to everyday Muslims. Many in the Western world have come to identify the fatwa with some unfortunate pronouncements of political or self-appointed religious leaders. But fatwa-giving is in fact one of the most important institutions for properly understanding the relationship between Islam and the modern world. In an attempt to provide Muslims with authoritative guidance about their religion, we launched Fatwa Pro app to reach out to Muslims worldwide. This app is powered by the Secretariat for Fatwa authorities Worldwide, an umbrella for all Fatwa bodies and offices all over the world

The Egyptian Dar Al-Iftaa responded to these demands and those calls that I was at the international conference that was held by the International Center for Moderation in the State of Kuwait, with its honorable history, and it presented truthfulness in issuing fatwas to the people, and as a contribution from them in the fight against extremism, and assistance from them in eliminating extremism unjustly attributed to Islam, which offends him, and repels him.
