MyEway App becomes your ideal travel companion! Manage your account, get useful notifications and real-time travel information for comfortable and safe journeys! MyEway app is addressed to both eway subscribers and non-subscribers, including those that wish to become new eway subscribers or just make use of the app’s services when travelling on Aegean Motorway. More specifically, the app: - provides eway subscribers with a platform to manage their account (add credit, select/ /change subscription programmes, get details on toll transactions, get copies of their account statements, etc.) - gives users the option to subscribe to eway - allows subscribers to store their credit/debit card details to facilitate future transactions - sends notifications based on the user's location - if activated - regarding construction/maintenance works or incidents affecting traffic, as well as occasional offers - includes a tool to help calculate the total toll cost of a selected route - provides information about the motorway (e.g. location of Toll Stations and toll rates, location of MSS facilities and details on where construction & maintenance works are being carried out) - allows users to contact the Aegean Motorway customer service team (by phone, email, by filling in contact form, or in person with directions to the CSPs) - enables direct dialing of the Emergency number (based on user's location data) and connects users to the corresponding Motorway Management Centre - provides useful instructions for safe driving If you have any comments or suggestions on how we can improve Myeway app, please get in touch with us by email: customercare@aegeanmotorway.gr

Η λειτουργία του Μητρώου Υποδομών και Φορέων Αγοράς Ηλεκτροκίνησης (Μ.Υ.Φ.Α.Η.), αποσκοπεί στη συστηματική καταγραφή των υποδομών φόρτισης αναφορικά με τα δεδομένα λειτουργίας τους, των φορέων που δραστηριοποιούνται στην αγορά ηλεκτροκίνησης και τη βέλτιστη πληροφόρηση και εξυπηρέτηση των χρηστών ηλεκτροκίνητων οχημάτων. Το Μητρώο εναρμονίζεται με την απόφαση ΕΕ 2015/962 της 18ης Δεκεμβρίου 2014 όσον αφορά την παροχή σε επίπεδο Ένωσης υπηρεσιών πληροφόρησης για την κυκλοφορία σε πραγματικό χρόνο. Η εφαρμογή αποτυπώνει τα πρωτογενή δεδομένα που συλλέγονται από το Μ.Υ.Φ.Α.Η. στο οποίο εγγράφονται υποχρεωτικά όλοι οι φορείς ηλεκτροκίνησης κατ’ εφαρμογή των άρθρων 13 και 14 του ν.4710/2020 (Α΄142). Η ορθότητα και ακρίβεια των δεδομένων που παρέχονται στους τελικούς χρήστες αποτελεί αποκλειστική ευθύνη του αντίστοιχου φορέα ηλεκτροκίνησης (στοιχεία επικοινωνίας μπορούν να αναζητηθούν στην ιστοσελίδα Hellenic European ID Registration Organization (yme.gov.gr).
