Free, always. No subscription, no paywall, no sign-up, no data collected about your patients. Made by a physician who wanted a calmer, clearer code timer for the bedside. CodeTick is a CPR, BLS and ACLS code timer for trained healthcare teams, with Megacode practice and an ECG rhythm course built in. DURING A CODE • CPR timer with 2-minute rhythm check reminders and a spoken countdown • Compression metronome and ventilation cues, even with the screen locked • Epinephrine interval reminders, shock and drug counters • Adult, pediatric and newborn modes • Live algorithms (cardiac arrest, bradycardia, tachycardia, post-ROSC) that follow the case as you log it • Procedures and access: IV, IO, airway, ETCO2, pads and lines • Post-ROSC checklist, re-arrest in one tap • Live timeline and a full code log you can edit before sharing • If the app closes mid-code, it offers to resume where you left off AFTER A CODE • Debrief: pauses, estimated CPR fraction from your taps, time to first shock and first epinephrine • Share the log or a PDF code sheet MEGACODE AND ACLS PRACTICE • Guided Megacode scenarios (adult, pediatric, neonatal) that coach you step by step • Test station: run a case on your own, get a percentage score and a debrief • Practice cases at easy, medium or hard, with timed clues and quiz questions • My training: best score per case, trends and weak spots • Training runs on a sped-up clock and is always labelled TRAINING ECG RHYTHM PRACTICE • A step-by-step ECG course with clear diagrams • 12-lead views, STEMI patterns and calipers • Rhythm flashcards and quizzes: VF, VT, torsades, AF, flutter, heart blocks and more MAKE IT YOURS • 7 themes, including Night Shift and High Contrast • Rearrange buttons, resize panels, add custom buttons • Text size, UI size and a Reduced motion option IMPORTANT CodeTick is a timer, reminder, documentation and practice aid only. It does not diagnose rhythms, interpret a patient's ECG, determine treatment, confirm a pulse, measure compression quality, confirm airway placement, or calculate doses. It does not replace clinical judgment, formal resuscitation training or certification, institutional protocols, or team leader decisions. The practice tools are for learning and do not grant or replace certification.
