Private cloud storage for your photos, videos, files and folders. Back up your important data, free up space on your devices, and keep your files under your control. Built for privacy and data sovereignty. Private & encrypted Your files are encrypted on your device before they leave it and can only be decrypted with your private key. Your private key stays under your control. Neither DeNet nor Datakeepers can access or decrypt your files. Decentralized Your encrypted files are split into multiple parts and distributed across a decentralized network of independent storage providers called Datakeepers. No single Datakeeper stores your complete file, creating a storage system without a single point of failure. Automatic backup Automatically back up photos, videos, files and folders from your devices. Keep important data protected and free up space without deleting the files you want to keep. One account across your devices Use the same private key across mobile, Windows, macOS and Linux. Access and synchronize your files across devices with one account. Flexible storage, not a fixed subscription You pay for the storage you actually use — not for a fixed subscription period. Your storage balance is consumed based on the amount of data you store. If you don't store data, your balance isn't consumed. Store more, and your balance is used faster. Store less, and it lasts longer. Free to install. No ads. DeNet is free to install and contains no third-party advertising. Explore the DeNet ecosystem The DeNet app gives you access to more than storage. You can also run a Watcher Node directly from the same app and participate in the ecosystem built on the DeNet Storage Protocol.

The QMS (Merchant App) is an app developed for shop owners and clinics to easily manage their daily Queue (Token) system and Doctor Bookings (Doctor Bookings) from a single phone. This system will help patients or customers to use their time effectively without having to come to the shop in person. Key Features - Unified Dropdown System: Easily select common Queue Categories and Doctors from a single dropdown. - Systematic QR System: Generate unique QR Codes for each shop or doctor, which can be easily scanned by patients and get tokens. - Manual Booking System: For those who come directly to the shop, not online, you can manually generate tokens from the Merchant Dashboard by filling in the patient's name, phone, age and gender. - Real-time Data Connection: Centralized Sync System that will immediately notify the Customer App whenever the shop information or doctor's schedule is updated. - Direct Call: Simply tap on the patient's phone number on the Dashboard to go directly to the phone dialer and make a call. - Full Management: Customize store content, photos, queue types, and doctor schedules. Using The QMS (Merchant App) will help your business deliver services faster and more efficiently, while reducing crowding.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: The QMS at none against DeNet's 5. The QMS also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). DeNet's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
