You're out. Where is everyone else? Wingman shows you which bars, clubs, and neighborhoods have real people in them right now. Not last weekend, not on average. Right now. HOW IT WORKS Check in when you get somewhere. The radar shows who else is there. That's it. No swiping through people who live forty minutes away. No matching with someone who hasn't opened the app since March. Everyone you see is checked in where you are. ZONES AND VENUES Wingman maps nightlife two ways. Zones are whole districts like Washington Street in Hoboken, the Lower East Side, or Downtown Jersey City. Venues are specific rooftops, bars, and clubs. Both show live counts, so you can see where the night is happening before you commit to it. Switch between the Radar and the Map, zoom in, and tap any spot to see what's going on there. TELL PEOPLE WHAT YOU'RE HERE FOR When you check in, pick what you're up for tonight: new friends, dating, networking, dancing, chill drinks, watching the game, or down for anything. Only people checked in at the same place can see it. WAVE, THEN TALK See someone interesting at the same venue? Wave. If they wave back, it's a connection and you get a chat to say hi. Nobody can message you out of nowhere. FIND EACH OTHER Matched and in the same place? Ask to find each other. You both have to agree, only the two of you can see each other, it ends on its own after 30 minutes, and either of you can stop it anytime. PLANS Going out with your crew or hosting at your place? Make a Plan, pick a theme, set the times, and share the invite link. Everyone can RSVP, see who's coming, and add photos to the album. ROLL Join tonight's Roll and get one new introduction every evening. You both have to accept before a chat opens. VIBES Set your vibe for the night: hot, chill, music, hype, wave, chat, or nothing at all. Your ring color changes so people can see it at a glance. COAST TO COAST Wingman covers over 100 nightlife districts and 160 venues nationwide, including the Vegas Strip, Bourbon Street, Sixth Street in Austin, Wynwood, the Gaslamp Quarter, Broadway in Nashville, and dozens more. Stadiums and arenas from MetLife to SoFi. College campuses from Ann Arbor to Tuscaloosa to Isla Vista. Festival grounds including Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, EDC, and Ultra. SAFETY Verify your profile with a quick live selfie, and choose to see only verified people. Report and block anyone. Ghost Mode when you want to be out without being visible. Photo moderation on every upload. Check-ins expire on their own, so you're never left visible somewhere you've already left. Wingman is for people 18 and over.

Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: UON at every 3 weeks against Wingman's every 2 months. UON also leads on ratings volume (31 vs 3). Wingman's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for UON against 5.0 for Wingman.
