Make sure your mobile is charged on the day! On arrival at the turnstiles on the day, have your ticket ready to scan with the QR code face up and make your way through the turnstile. One ticket per device Apart from children or dependents, it’s one ticket per device. Therefore, everyone for whom you’ve bought tickets must also download the App so you can transfer their tickets to their devices.
