The planner for days that don't go to plan. On iPhone, iPad, the web and your computer. With Pro it all syncs, and Yoodoo works with Claude and ChatGPT: plan your day in a chat and it lands on your timeline. Most planners work until about 10am. Then a call runs long, you lose an hour to your phone, or you just don't start, and the whole day gets written off. Yoodoo expects that. It fits the rest of your day around what actually happened, so you keep going. Built ADHD first, for every brain that's wired a little differently. Diagnosed, on a waiting list, just pretty sure, or simply juggling too much. If your days keep breaking, it's for you. GET IT OUT OF YOUR HEAD - Say or type everything that's on. Ask Yoodoo turns it into tasks, files them into lists and plans the day, times and all. - Lists for everything else, with one star for what matters. A DAY YOU CAN ACTUALLY DO - A real timeline where an hour looks like an hour, with your calendar in it. - Plan today: tick what's happening, pick the one that matters, and Yoodoo builds your day around what can't move. Breaks included. - See how long you've got before the next thing, not just the time it starts. Handy if time blindness is your thing. HELP TO START - Just start: five minutes and a timer. The hardest bit of a big task, done. - Focus shows one step at a time, so a mountain becomes the next small thing. - Steps: Yoodoo cuts a big task into tiny ones, and the first is so small you just start. - Block the apps that pull you away, on a schedule or right now. FIX MY DAY, WHEN IT SLIPS - Something ran over? Yoodoo asks one simple question and moves the rest. - Behind on a few things? See what still fits, and let the rest roll to later. Your day's priority stays protected. - Things you didn't get to roll on. They never pile up and never turn red. - Nothing changes until you say Looks right. FEEL GOOD AT THE END OF THE DAY - Wrap up in three taps: what's done, what moves, and tomorrow's ready. - Habits and routines that run on a timer, with no streak shaming. - A week's story that shows what you actually got done. ALL IN ONE PLACE Planner, to-do list, focus timer, app blocker, habit tracker and calendar, working together. Widgets, Live Activities, Siri, task alarms for the things you can't miss, and Yoodoo on the web and your computer too. YOUR FIRST WEEK IS ON US Try every Pro feature free for seven days with the App Store's free trial. After that, keep Pro, or carry on with Lite for free. Nothing you make is ever deleted. Lite, free for good: one list, one habit or routine, one day template, the timeline, Fix my day, the focus timer, one calendar, the Today widget. Pro: Ask Yoodoo and Plan it for me, steps for big tasks, the app blocker, two-way calendars, task alarms, unlimited lists, habits and templates, every widget, all the music, dark mode and your own colours, and Yoodoo on the web and desktop with sync and backup. Change or cancel any time in Settings. Two taps. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT On Lite, your plans stay on your phone. We never sell your data, and there are no ads. Read full descriptionHide full description
PromptTimer transforms your devices into a full-service countdown rig. Your first selected device displays the large countdown timer for a presenter to see, while the second device can sit in your hand, or even on your wrist. It allows you to start, stop and adjust the timer display without interrupting the camera shot or the presenter. There are no accounts or internet required. Simply open the app on both devices and they'll automatically find each other. Choose a mode for each device: Timer: Displays a large countdown timer, which can be placed on a surface in front of the presenter Camera: Records from the front camera, while clearly displaying the countdown on screen, in a choice of positions Remote: Controls the main timer, allowing you to start, pause, reset and style the timer on the other device. Using the app but only have one device? That works too! Simply tap "Start without a remote" to begin. Apple Watch remote included: Wear the remote instead of holding it. Prop your iPhone or iPad up as the Timer or Camera and run the whole take from your wrist - no second phone or tablet needed! - Watch the live countdown at a glance - Start, pause and reset without touching the main timer display - Begin and end your recording in Camera mode - Set the duration with the Digital Crown, or tap one of the built-in presets - Adjust the lead-in between takes. Seamless pairing: Your devices communicate directly with each other. They simply need to be on the same Wi-Fi network or have Bluetooth enabled. (Note: Filmed content remains on the device that captured it and is automatically saved to your camera roll.)
