Orbit ESS is the official Employee Self-Service app for Orbit HR. Built for the people who do the work — not the people who write the policy — it puts everything you actually need into one fast, focused phone app. CLOCK IN AND OUT FROM ANYWHERE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO Geofence-aware punch in/out with live in-range / out-of-range feedback. See your shift window, today's schedule, and your real attendance — including punches from biometric machines — in one timeline. Works offline; syncs the moment you're back online. LEAVE, OVERTIME, AND CORRECTIONS — IN UNDER A MINUTE • Request annual leave and watch the calculator block you from overbooking your balance • Submit overtime with a live cost estimate based on your contract • Request attendance corrections without an email thread • Track every request from "submitted" to "approved" with a real timeline INSTANT APPROVALS FOR MANAGERS Approve or reject team requests from the notification — no need to open the full record. See the employee's leave dates, balance, reason, and photo on one card. YOUR PAYSLIPS, YOUR DOCUMENTS Download payslips for any month. Open contracts, ID copies, and HR-issued documents from your phone — with the right expiry-date warnings for IDs. SIGN DOCUMENTS WITH ONE FINGER Sign HR documents directly in the app. No printing. No scanning. Server-side audit trail. ANNOUNCEMENTS THAT REACH YOU Get company announcements as push notifications. Acknowledge the ones that need acknowledgement; the rest stay in your inbox. DESIGNED FOR SECURITY • Per-device biometric or PIN unlock • Single-device lock with self-service transfer when you change phones • PBKDF2-hashed PIN, biometric-gated credential storage on iOS • HTTPS-only — your workspace URL must be over TLS • No data leaves your company's Odoo server ARABIC AND ENGLISH Full right-to-left layout, Arabic date and number formatting, and bilingual content from your HR. WORKS WITH YOUR ORBIT HRMS Orbit ESS is the mobile front end for Orbit HRMS modules. Ask your HR team for your workspace URL. Fast Secured clock-ins, real-time approvals, and every document you need — Orbit ESS turns your phone into the front door of your HR system.
