Awake Mama is a night feed companion designed for new mothers. It helps you stay safely awake and present during those quiet, exhausting night feeds. Start a feed and the awake alarm begins automatically. If you go still for too long, your phone gently alarms or vibrates to check you're okay — subtle enough not to wake your baby, but enough to alert you. Between feeds, explore Awake Mode — seven gentle activities to keep your mind engaged: breathing exercises, rhythm tapping, colour matching, star catching, night trail, bounce ball, and box breathing. All designed for one hand in the dark. Log every feed and track your journey in History. Read reassuring articles and save notes in For You. You're not alone in these quiet hours. Awake Mama cannot guarantee wakefulness and is not a medical device. Always ensure you and your baby are in a safe feeding position.
