Every set, meal and weigh-in adds to a clearer picture of your progress. fitr+ brings your training, nutrition and body data together to show what you did, what is changing and what to focus on next. IT STARTS WITH WHAT YOU LOG The picture is only as good as what goes into it, so fitr+ makes that part quick. For workouts, track sets, reps, weight and supersets from an extensive exercise library with step-by-step guides, and add notes that follow an exercise from one session to the next. For nutrition, scan a barcode, search a curated food database, or save your own foods and favorites. YOUR PROGRESS, IN ONE FRAME An interactive muscle map shows how your training is distributed across your body, front and back, over any date range. Tap a muscle for its set count and your most-used exercise. Shading is relative to your own most-trained muscle — it shows where your effort went, not whether you hit a universal target. Underneath sit weight, body fat, energy balance and daily steps, each opening its own infographic: your weight from where you started to your goal, calories in against calories out, steps day by day. SEE WHAT'S CHANGING Trends plots the same data day by day: workout frequency, calories and macros, weight, body fat and lean mass. Every exercise carries its own trend line, ordered by what you trained most recently, so any movement's full history is two taps away. KNOW WHAT TO FOCUS ON NEXT Each week fitr+ reviews training, nutrition and body composition together and tells you where you stand: what is on track, what needs attention and any personal records you set. Every pillar shows the figures behind it, including “not enough data yet” when that is the truthful answer. Tap one and your e-coach explains it, then offers a next step — set a reminder, or update a calorie target. YOUR E-COACH COMPANION Pick an e-coach and give it a name. It keeps you accountable — reminders arrive in its voice — and celebrates your wins as they happen: a workout logged, a calorie target hit, a week with every goal met. Quick Answers are computed straight from your own logs, instant and free of Energy Points. Open-ended questions get AI coaching drawn from your recent history. Your e-coach is powered by machine learning and AI; it is not a human trainer. LESS BUSYWORK Schedule the meals you eat regularly and fitr+ logs them after their scheduled time, no confirmation required; meals you repeat often show up as suggestions you confirm. Last session's weights and reps arrive as placeholders, so repeating a set is one tap. Reminders rebuild from your current data and go quiet the moment the task is done. Finished exercises and tasks collapse on their own. An Up Next widget puts your next move on the Home Screen, and rest timers keep counting on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Apple Health is optional and read-only, and everything syncs, so a new phone picks up where you left off. MEMBERSHIP fitr+ is a subscription app. Monthly and annual plans both begin with a 14-day free trial and unlock the entire app. ENERGY POINTS — CONSISTENCY POWERS AI Logging does double duty: it builds the context your e-coach reasons from, and it earns the Energy Points AI tools run on. Log a workout to earn one, up to one a day. · Ask your e-coach a personalized fitness question — 1 point · Build an AI workout plan around your days, session length and focus areas — 4 points · Generate a meal recipe sized to your nutrition targets, or to ingredients you already have — 1 point Every account starts with 5 points, and Quick Answers never use them. You can also buy additional points whenever you choose. Calories out and body-fat values are labeled as estimates. fitr+ provides general fitness information, not medical advice.
