Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is price: Kantan Clock at $0.99 against CX's $19.99. Kantan Clock also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.7) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 8 months). CX's advantage is ratings volume (11 vs 1) and chart position (#89 vs unranked). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
