Through highly engaged and inclusive challenges that we host we help users achieve the NHS 150 active minutes per user each week – our flagship events see this average increase to 312 minutes. An average of 6.8 page views per day per users, highlights their engagement. What’s more, 90% of our communities tell us they are more motivated to be active together.
