With Additive Drum Machine you can create drum beats using the concept of “additive rhythm” in combination with the sounds and ease of use of a traditional drum machine. Construct step sequences of any length and structure by the chaining of "long" and "short" beats. Then switch on and off individual steps to create a drum pattern. Whether used as a practice tool or composition sketchpad, its intuitive interface allows you to easily make drum patterns that use odd meters, symmetrical and asymmetrical rhythmic structures, and various subdivisions of the pulse. With Additive Drum Machine your musical imagination is the limit.

FEATURES • Authentic waveguide physical modeling — not a sample library • Waveguide Flute AUv3 instrument plug-in for GarageBand, AUM, Logic, and other AUv3 hosts • Deep Sound page: shape jet ratio, reflection, loop damping, noise, and more • Expression controls for live performance: blow intensity, breathiness, pitch bend, auto-vibrato • Built-in reverb with 7 factory spaces • On-screen piano roll with velocity and breath control • Full MIDI support — notes, breath (CC#2), pitch bend • Compatible with Akai EWI and other MIDI wind controllers that send breath and pitch bend • Remembers your last settings, with one-tap reset to defaults • Bluetooth MIDI support, plus a configurable Breath Control input (Mod Wheel or custom CC) for keyboard players without a wind controller Play it like a real wind instrument: breathe into the sound, bend pitch, add vibrato — all rendered by a genuine physical model, not recordings.
