An enterprise level easy-to-use vehicle inspection app to manage fleet compliance, and help reduce business risk and costs. No driver training required. The app is free to download, but can only be used by Quartix subscribers. It has three key features: 1. Carry out vehicle inspections following Quartix provided or customer specific inspection templates, where you can have your own set of checks. Templates are created outside the app. Checks can be optional and it is possible to enter notes and photographs attached to each check. 2. Report incidents, including other drivers involved, witnesses, insurance details, location and photographs. 3. Declare whether the driver is fit to drive.

About

AOG Ops

Features

AOG Ops is the field operations and safety platform built for teams working on real sites — engineers, inspectors, supervisors and lone workers who need to record what they see, prove what they did and get help fast if something goes wrong. Built by Ascent Onsite Group, AOG Ops brings every workplace safety and field admin task into one fast, mobile-first app. No more paper checklists, lost photos or end-of-week timesheet scrambles. KEY FEATURES • Inspections — Run any inspection from a customisable template. Capture photos, signatures, ratings, multiple choice answers and free text. Save drafts and finish them later. Export a branded PDF report when you're done. • Work orders — Assign jobs by site, priority and status. See what's due today, what's overdue and what's coming up. • Issue reporting — Raise an issue in seconds with a photo and location, track it through to resolution with a full activity timeline, and export a PDF report for the client. • Lone worker safety — Start a check-in session before working alone. The app prompts you to confirm you're OK at intervals you choose. If you miss a check-in, your nominated contacts are alerted with your last known location. Optional fall detection uses the device's motion sensors to spot a sudden impact. • Timesheets — Clock in and out with a tap. Snap a photo of a paper timesheet and the AI scanner will read the times for you. Export to PDF or CSV for payroll. • Asset management — Tag, track and inspect equipment, vehicles and tools. See full inspection history, who has checked something out and when it's next due. • Inventory — Track stock levels across sites, get low-stock alerts, scan barcodes and manage transfers between locations. • Documents — Store and share RAMS, toolbox talks, permits and reports. Search by category, sign and acknowledge. • Quick photos — Capture site evidence in one tap and link it to any inspection, issue or asset later. • Onsite hub — A single screen for the day's tasks: what's assigned to you, what's overdue and quick shortcuts to start an inspection, raise an issue or scan an asset. • Real-time notifications — In-app alerts for task assignments, escalations and lone worker check-in reminders. • Run diagnostics — One-tap connectivity and sync check so you always know your data is safe. BUILT FOR YOUR ORGANISATION AOG Ops supports multi-tenant organisations with role-based access (member, supervisor, admin, owner, inspector, client and onsite operative). Each user only sees the sites, jobs and records they're entitled to. Admins can brand reports with their own logo and colours. ACCESSIBILITY • Full dark mode and light mode with automatic switching • Adjustable text sizes • Designed for outdoor and gloved use with large tap targets • Swipe-back gestures throughout PRIVACY AND CONTROL Your operational data is hosted in the EU on an enterprise-grade platform with row-level security and TLS encryption in transit and at rest. Location is only used in the background while a lone worker safety session is active. You can permanently delete your account from the Profile screen at any time. SUBSCRIPTION AOG Ops requires an active Ascent Onsite Group subscription. To start a trial or request access for your team, visit ascentonsite.group/contact-us. Built in the UK by MediaWork Ltd.
