Markora is a local-first Markdown writing tool for creating, editing, reading, and managing documents on iPhone and iPad. Switch between rendered editing, Markdown source, and reading mode. Organize your work with headings, lists, tasks, quotes, tables, code, links, and footnotes. Search, outline, undo, and redo make long documents easier to work with. Save files wherever you choose, with no account required. Markora Pro adds on-device OCR for images and PDFs, turning recognized content into editable Markdown. Review and correct the result before choosing whether to insert it into the current document or create a new one. You can also insert Mermaid diagrams and LaTeX formulas, then export to HTML or PDF. Markdown, OCR, and export processing take place on your device. Markora does not send document or scan content to an app-operated server. Review important files before saving, exporting, or sharing, and keep an independent backup. Markora Pro is available as monthly and yearly subscriptions with the same features. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple Account subscription settings.
