Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Push at none against Push Up Counter's shown. Push also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly) and review sentiment (100% vs 91%). Push Up Counter's advantage is ratings volume (828 vs 7). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Push Up Counter sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Push sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Push holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Push Up Counter has 828 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 91% of Push Up Counter's written reviews are positive against 100% of Push's.
Push Up Counter ships an update fortnightly, Push every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
