Pulse is the field-team app of Ticket Solutions, the event ticketing and operations platform. It gives gate staff, crowd supervisors and event management everything they need on event day in one app: ticket scanning, live attendance, incident reports and team communication. Pulse is for assigned staff only. The event organizer invites you to their team, you accept the invite from your account on tikt.sa, then sign in to Pulse with the same account. Fast scanning at the gate • Scan the QR code with the camera, or type the ticket number when a code will not scan. • A clear result at once, with a distinct sound and vibration for each outcome: admitted, rejected, already used or wrong gate. • When a ticket reaches a gate or side it is not assigned to, the decision is held: redirect the holder to the right gate, or confirm entry with a reason, logged under your name. • Built-in flashlight for dark gates, and live counters for your gate, the last 15 minutes and the people inside. Works offline • Download your gate's ticket list before the shift. The list is digitally signed and the app checks it. • If the network drops or slows down, the phone decides on the spot and entry keeps moving. • Decisions are saved on the phone and uploaded automatically when the connection returns, and any conflict is shown to you. • The scan history lists your shift's scans by result and sync status. Control room for supervisors and event management • A live board: people inside against tickets sold, occupancy and entries per minute. • The status of every gate in your scope, and a crowd map that colours each section of the venue by how full it is. • Open and critical incidents: acknowledge and close them from your phone. • Send a normal or a critical alert to your team. A critical alert fills the staff member's screen until they acknowledge it. • Operational suggestions from the event's data, which you review and send yourself. Ask the operations room Ask in your own words, "How many came through Gate 4 in the last 15 minutes?" or "Where is it crowded right now?", and get a short answer from the event's live data. The assistant only reads; it never changes anything in the event. Your team in one place • One-tap field reports from the gate: type, urgency and a short note, sent to your supervisor and event management, and kept on the phone until the connection returns. • Inbox: control-room alerts and team messages together, plus direct messages to your supervisors. • My shift: your scheduled hours and clock-in status. Starting a shift clocks you in; ending it clocks you out. • For supervisors: the team roster against the schedule (on duty, late, absent, upcoming) and a map of where the team is during the shift. • Push notifications for incidents and alerts that open the right screen. Privacy built in • The gate list holds no names or phone numbers, and it is deleted from the phone when it expires or the shift ends. • Your location is shared with your supervisor only during your shift and only while the app is open, never in the background. Scanning works even if you decline location access. • You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Arabic-first, right-to-left interface with a clear, high-contrast design made for stadiums and halls. Works on iPhone and iPad. The interface is in Arabic. Pulse is the new version of the "Lahn Organizer" app.
