Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MyerList at 4.1 against Dynamic Timer's 1.0. MyerList also leads on ratings volume (7 vs 1). Dynamic Timer's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 85%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MyerList sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Dynamic Timer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
MyerList holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyerList has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 85% of MyerList's written reviews are positive against 100% of Dynamic Timer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
MyerList ships an update every 3 weeks, Dynamic Timer monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
