Proplanum KIOSK turns a tablet into a time clock. It sits by the entrance and your team clocks in and out on it — no paper cards, no attendance sheet. CLOCKING IN TAKES SECONDS An employee walks up to the terminal, selects their name and confirms with a PIN, or scans the QR code from their own app. The entry goes straight into the timesheet. BREAKS AND UNPLANNED SHIFTS The terminal handles starting and ending breaks, as well as shifts that were never on the schedule — with a choice of location and position. WORKS OFFLINE A dropped connection does not stop work. Entries are stored on the device and sync automatically once the connection is back. No clock-in or clock-out is ever lost. WHO IS ON SHIFT The screen shows who is currently working at that location. BUILT FOR TABLETS A layout designed for a large screen and touch operation, readable from a distance and in poor light. SETTING IT UP A location manager activates the terminal with an activation code from the Proplanum panel. After activation the device runs on its own. Proplanum KIOSK requires an active organisation account in the Proplanum system.
