El Colegio Ibero Latinoamericano de Dermatología (CILAD) es una organización sin fines de lucro que reúne a más de 4.000 dermatólogos como miembros activos, de 23 países de Ibero Latinoamérica. Con más de 70 años de historia, fue fundado en 1948 en la Habana, Cuba, con el objetivo de fomentar el desarrollo científico de la especialidad y de promover los vínculos fraternales de los dermatólogos hispano-lusos parlantes. Las autoridades de la institución, conformadas por la Junta Directiva y Delegados Nacionales, son elegidas durante la Asamblea General de Miembros cada 2 años.
