Your backup shouldn't depend on any company. YourKeep is a private, local-first file backup and encryption app. Protect important files with encryption and resilient splitting, or split files for redundant storage without using a recovery phrase. PROTECT YOUR IMPORTANT FILES Protect encrypts your files locally before splitting them into multiple pieces. Store those pieces across cloud drives, NAS devices, external drives, computers, or other locations you already trust. If one storage location becomes unavailable, your files can still be recovered from the remaining required pieces. • Local file encryption • Resilient multi-piece backup • Protect files up to 2 MB for free • No account required • No dedicated backup server • Store pieces wherever you choose • Recover anytime SPLIT WITHOUT ENCRYPTION Sometimes you need redundancy without encryption. Split lets you divide a file into multiple recoverable pieces without creating or using a recovery phrase. Keep the pieces in different locations and recover the original from the required number of pieces. Split does not encrypt your files. For private or sensitive data, use Protect. RECOVER WITHOUT LOCK-IN YourKeep backups are designed to remain under your control. Recovery does not depend on a YourKeep account or backup server. YourKeep automatically recognizes supported backup formats and determines whether a recovery phrase is required. Recovery is always free. BUILT FOR THE LONG TERM Apps come and go. Cloud providers change. Storage services evolve. Your backup should remain yours. YourKeep is built around a simple principle: Your backup shouldn't depend on YourKeep. Keep family photos, important documents, recovery keys, digital assets, private archives, and other files recoverable across the storage you already use. LOCAL-FIRST. OPEN. YOURS. • Private file backup • Encrypted backup • Offline file protection • File splitting and redundancy • Cross-platform recovery • Open recovery format • No vendor lock-in • No account • No backup server Your files.
