About

GaadiLog

Features

GaadiLog is a complete log book for your car — built for Indian vehicle owners who want their fuel, service, and document history in one place, on their own phone. ONE PLACE FOR EVERYTHING • Vehicles. Every car (or bike, or scooter) you own, with a photo, registration number, make / model / year, and current odometer. • Fuel-ups. Log each fill-up and GaadiLog auto-calculates km/l and ₹/km. Full-tank and partial-fill rules are handled for you — the math just works. • Service log. Workshop visits, parts, costs, and multiple invoice photos per visit. Running cost totals roll up per vehicle. • Documents. RC, Insurance, and PUC scans with expiry dates. The app warns you when anything is about to expire. • Reminders. Automatic notifications 30, 7, and 1 days before any document expiry — plus a final ping on the expiry day itself. Add custom date- or odometer-based reminders for service intervals. TRENDS + REPORTS • A km/l trend chart for each vehicle, right on the vehicle detail screen. • One-tap CSV export per vehicle or for every vehicle at once. • A PDF "Service History" report you can share with a buyer, workshop, or insurer. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE • No accounts. No cloud sync. No tracking. • Everything you log lives only on this phone, in the app's private storage. • Delete the app and the data goes with it. There is no remote copy. • Read the full privacy policy: https://akagr.github.io/gaadilog-site/privacy-policy/ BUILT FOR INDIA • Kilometres and Indian Rupees throughout — no unit conversion to fight with. • RC, Insurance, and PUC are first-class document types. • Works fully offline. No signup, no email, no OTP. FREE All features are free in v1.0. No premium tier, no in-app purchases, no ads. Made by a solo Indian developer. Feedback welcome at akagr@outlook.com.
