HELLO is a visitor and contractor access management solution designed to be fully integrated and complimentary to the technologies securing the estate or facility. Efficient with highly flexible configurability and an easy-to-use platform, HELLO enhances security and safety protocols while creating a positive and convenient experience for residents to effortlessly invite their visitors. Visitors enjoy a polished and professional estate experience from beginning to end with a branded personalised invite, a friendly streamlined check-in process at the estate gates, turn-by-turn navigation link to their hostβs location, and a no fuss exit.Β Through the use of integrated technologies to automate repetitive manual processes, facilities on estates can also seamlessly invite and manage groups of visitors without the cumbersome need to manually verify access requirements with Security, thus reducing congestion at the estate entry points.Β Stringent access rules manage ad-hoc contractors and delivery visitor access to mitigate the higher security risk. Access to specific gates only, exit checks or access to the estate for a limited period of time can be applied to these visitor groups.Β HELLOβs real time analytics dashboard and comprehensive integrated reporting enables the estate and its security managers to have detailed insight to transactions and events, as well statistical information such as visitor volumes at specifics gates during peak times to efficiently manage their security workforce and visitor management workflows. This PoPI compliant information is also available to be exported for Microsoft BI reporting used for marketing purposes or estate expansion methodologies.

Plan the hunt. Go live. Record the moments. Keep costs clear. OnsJag is a mobile hunting event app built for hunters, organisers, outfitters, professional hunters, game farms, accommodation providers and specialist services. It brings the people, businesses and field activity around a hunt into one shared event space; from planning and invites, to live hunt activity, recorded hits, photos, service visibility and running cost information. For hunters, it helps you prepare for the event, see who is involved, review the venue and available game or services, follow the hunt as it unfolds, and keep the memories afterwards. For organisers and providers, it helps reduce admin by keeping event participants, provider businesses, service catalogues, live activity and billing visibility connected to the same event. What the app helps with: β’ Create and manage hunting events β’ Invite hunters, organisers, guides, venues and service providers β’ View accepted participants and event details in one place β’ Use the Live Hunt workspace for field activity and awareness β’ Record trophy-related activity with notes, photos and location context where permitted β’ Link events to provider businesses and service catalogues β’ View running event-level billing and service cost information β’ Keep profile, contact, event and business details together The app is designed for practical use around real hunts: simple enough for the field, structured enough for organisers and providers, and clear enough to help everyone know where they stand. It also includes responsible-use safeguards. User-generated content is subject to platform rules, and users can report objectionable content or block abusive users to help keep profile, event and media spaces appropriate for the hunting community. Event data, media, messages and location features are scoped to the relevant app, event, contact and business context. Live location is intended for event safety and field awareness, not public sharing. Billing screens are for event and service cost visibility only. The app does not currently process payments, card details or bank transactions. The app does not grant hunting rights, licences, land access, firearm authorisations or legal approval for any activity. Users, organisers, outfitters, farms, guides and providers remain responsible for all permits, laws, safety duties and local requirements. Created by Mark Robberts and operated by NeverOffice.
