Secrets stores your information in records. Each record has a name and a type and optionally some notes and can store any number of these 3 types of data: โข Fields (Name and Value pairs; data stored in text, number, date, url or email formats such as passwords, combinations, expiry dates, phone numbers, etc.) โข Images โข PDF Documents Fields store singular values, such as text, number, date, url, email, etc. When you add a record a number of fields will be added by default, depending on the template (record type). Whatever the original template, any type of field can be added or removed from the record. Records can store any number of Images and/or PDF Documents. Each one can be named and have additional notes added to them. Create reminders for expiry dates or other dates that you would like to be reminded of. Use AutoFill to fill in credentials on websites and into third party apps. If you have enabled Secrets to use iCloud your data will be automatically synced between all your devices. All your data is encrypted using Apple's default data encryption, ensuring its secrecy whilst on your device, while in transit to and from iCloud and whilst on Apple's servers. Starting with iOS 16.2, iPadOS 16.2 and macOS 13.1, Apple offers an extra layer of protection for your iCloud data, called Advanced Data Protection. If you want to make sure that no one but yourself has access to all your data stored in iCloud, including the Secrets app's data, it is highly recommended to enable this feature. Secrets supports dark mode.
