Gefera Scan is an app for scanning visitor digital business cards at Gefera Media events via QR-codes on visitor badges. Using the app on own mobile phones, the on-site exhibitor staff can immediately get the complete contact information of partners acquired at the event and save it for further personal and corporate use. Data of visitor digital business cards is encrypted and is available only to authorized users. Authorization is open only for exhibitor staff at Gefera Media events via a link, pin-code or QR-code generated in the Exhibitor Online Office. Gefera Scan app allows authorised users to: - scan digital business cards (via QR-codes on visitor badges at Gefera Media events); - view the list of scanned digital business cards; - add notes to scanned digital business cards; - avoid re-scanning business cards to prevent duplicates; - select scanned business cards and save them to personal contact book; - export contact information and notes to Excel and VCF formats; - delete unnecessary business cards and restore them, if necessary; - use the phone flashlight to improve the quality of scanning.
