A quiet companion for the Jesus Prayer. Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner. For over a thousand years, Christians have prayed these words on a knotted rope, letting the ancient prayer settle into breath, body, and heart. This app offers that practice in a form you can carry with you—simple, reverent, and uncluttered. • Pray by touch. Count each prayer with a gentle tap on the screen. The rope responds with a soft haptic pulse, so you can keep your eyes lowered and your attention turned inward. • Breathe with intention. An optional breath pacer helps you settle the body and synchronize the prayer with the rhythm of your breathing. • A rope of thirty-three. Pray the traditional short rope, one knot at a time, the number held in memory of the years of Christ's earthly life. • Reflect and return. A gentle prompt at the end of each session invites you to notice what arose. Your reflections are saved privately, searchable when you want to look back. • Private by design. Everything stays on your device. No accounts, no tracking, no data leaves your phone. This is not a productivity tool. It is an invitation to stop, breathe, and return to the prayer that has carried the church through centuries of silence. Whether you are new to the practice or have prayed the rope for years, may it be a small help on the way. Kyrie eleison.
