تأسست شركة الجوف للتنمية الزراعية عام 1988م، برأس مال قدره 300 مليون ريال سعودي. وهي شركة مساهمة عامة مدرجة في سوق الأوراق المالية ، وتُعد من أكبر الصروح الزراعية والصناعية الرائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية. بدأت الشركة أولى نشاطاتها في شمال المملكة بمنطقة بسيطا الجوف - وادي السرحان على أرض واسعة تمتد لتغطي أكثر من 421 مليون متر مربع، إلى أن وصلت اليوم لتكون أحد اهم مصادر الأمن الغذائي في المملكة .
