First Choice Training is a flexible online learning and compliance platform operated by FCN Training Ltd, designed to support organisations across multiple sectors with workforce training, development, and compliance management. The platform enables businesses to deliver structured, accessible training to employees, contractors, and learners, helping organisations maintain consistent standards, demonstrate compliance, and support ongoing professional development. It is suitable for organisations of all sizes, including agencies, service providers, and multi-site businesses operating in regulated and non-regulated environments. First Choice Training provides access to a wide range of online learning content covering core workplace topics such as health and safety, safeguarding, compliance, risk awareness, and role-specific training. Course content is regularly reviewed to reflect current legislation, guidance, and best practice, ensuring learning remains relevant and up to date. In addition to the course library, organisations can create, upload, and manage their own training materials, policies, procedures, and internal learning programmes. This allows businesses to tailor training to their specific operational needs while maintaining centralised oversight of learner progress and completion. The platform issues digital certificates upon course completion and maintains clear training records and audit trails, supporting internal governance, client assurance, and external inspections where required. First Choice Training is delivered through a secure, cloud-based learning management system with desktop and mobile access, enabling learners to complete training at a time and location that suits them. The system is designed to scale efficiently, supporting individual learners through to large workforces with high volumes of training activity. Backed by FCN Training Ltd and the wider First Choice Group, the platform combines technical capability with real-world operational insight, ensuring a practical, reliable solution for organisations seeking a straightforward and cost-effective way to manage training and compliance across their workforce.
