แอปพลิเคชันในการเผยแพร่ข่าวสารและเครือข่ายของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกำแพงเพชรบนสมาร์ทโฟนการพัฒนาเริ่มต้นจะเน้นการใช้งานของนักศึกษา และในอนาคตจะขยายไปยังบุคลากรในมหาวิทยาลัย KPRU Mind เป็นการร่วมกันพัฒนาจาก 3 หน่วยงานในมหาวิทยาลัย ได้แก่ สำนักส่งเสริมวิชาการและงานทะเบียน สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และกองพัฒนานักศึกษาซึ่งเป็นการนำแอปพลิเคชันที่นักศึกษาใช้งานอยู่เป็นประจำมารวมไว้ด้วยกันเพื่อให้นักศึกษาเข้าถึงแอปพลิเคชันได้สะดวกมากยิ่งขึ้น พร้อมทั้งสามารถรับทราบข่าวสารใหม่ๆ ของมหาวิทยาลัยได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
