Kayris™ shows where your heart and metabolic health are heading, and what could change it, using published clinical equations calculated entirely on your device. KNOW YOUR RISK 10- and 30-year risk of cardiovascular disease, heart attack and stroke, and heart failure, from the American Heart Association's PREVENT™ equations (2024). Adds urine albumin (UACR) or HbA1c when you have them. Uses the ACC/AHA Pooled Cohort Equations when kidney function (eGFR) isn't available, and labels which model was used. Risk categories follow current ACC/AHA cholesterol guidelines. Diabetes risk from a short questionnaire: the Modified ADA Diabetes Risk Test (adapted from Bang et al., 2009). SEE WHAT COULD CHANGE IT Model the effect of lowering blood pressure or cholesterol, quitting smoking or reaching a healthier weight. Treatment estimates use results from large published clinical trial analyses. A personal action plan for heart health and diabetes prevention. Track your results over time. HEALTHSPAN (EXPERIMENTAL) Healthspan trajectory: your current path compared with an optimal one over 10 and 30 years. Kairos Factor™ (Experimental): an illustrative estimate comparing your current and optimal healthspan paths. Not a prediction. Experimental features are clearly labeled and explained in the app's Methodology screen. PRIVATE BY DESIGN All calculations run on your device. No account, no ads, no tracking. Your data is stored encrypted on your device and is never sent to us. Share with your clinician only when you choose: show a QR code or export a file. Import results your clinician gives you. Try it instantly with Test Drive, which uses sample patients and needs no data entry. Designed for adults aged 30–79. Kayris™ is an educational tool. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Talk with your clinician before making health decisions.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Kayris at 5.0 against Pan's 4.2. Kayris also leads on iOS requirement (17.5 vs 26.0). Pan's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Kayris holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pan has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Pan ships an update fortnightly, Kayris monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
