Through quick mood check-ins, private journaling, and optional Apple Health integration, you can see how your emotions connect with sleep, stress, and daily routines over time. Not to fix yourself. Just to understand yourself better. MAIN FEATURES 1. Mood Trends Answer a few simple questions each day to record how you feel. With your permission, Healogue can also use selected Apple Health data (such as sleep, heart rate, and steps) to generate trend insights.
