MoodWatch + transforms heart-rate patterns into a living HeartScape of color, light, and motion. With your permission, Heart Connected compares recent Apple Health readings with your own recent baseline. It expresses what your heart rate is doing through neutral visual states such as Rising, Steady, Elevated, Lowering, and Below Baseline. MoodWatch + never labels your emotions, infers your mood, or tells you how you feel. HEARTSCAPE • Watch heart-rate level and short-term movement take shape as fluid, responsive waves—or expressive emoji • Move through nine visual states across a continuous spectrum of color • See your current BPM, visual state, and sensor source at a glance • Touch, drag, and pinch the HeartScape to create and save your own visual adjustment CHOOSE HOW TO CONNECT • Heart Connected can read up to 48 hours of recent Apple Health heart-rate samples and listen for new readings after you grant access • Start a live check-in using AirPods Pro 3, a paired Apple Watch, or another compatible heart-rate source • No wearable or Health permission? Use Self Report to choose a state yourself • A guided introduction explains every route before you continue CAPTURE A HEART RECORDING Start a focused live check-in and watch a color-mapped trace form as each sample arrives. • Review the session waveform, duration, average, minimum, maximum, and sample count • MoodWatch + discards the temporary HealthKit workout instead of adding a fitness workout to your history • When you choose to finish, name and save the Heart Recording in local app storage HISTORY — UNLOCK ONCE, KEEP IT • Revisit visual and self-reported state entries by day, week, or month • Review saved Heart Recordings alongside your state timeline • Unlock History with one non-consumable in-app purchase—never a recurring subscription • Restore your purchase on devices using the same Apple Account YOUR HEARTSCAPE, ACROSS YOUR APPLE DEVICES Keep your latest HeartScape visible on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, widgets, the Lock Screen, Live Activities, and Mac. Through your private iCloud account, MoodWatch + can relay a small latest-state snapshot to the Mac companion—including BPM, visual state, source, time, session status, and visual style. The Mac app does not access HealthKit and never receives your complete heart-rate history or saved Heart Recordings. DESIGNED AROUND PRIVACY Your heart-rate data should remain yours. • Heart-rate comparisons and visual-state calculations happen on your device • Visual history, self-reported states, and settings may sync through your private CloudKit account • Saved Heart Recordings—including their individual heart-rate samples—remain in local app storage • CMIT does not receive your private Apple Health, CloudKit, relay, or Heart Recording data FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND PERSONAL REFLECTION MoodWatch + is an entertainment app for personal reflection. It is not a medical device or health tool. The app visualizes relative heart-rate patterns. It does not diagnose medical conditions, infer mood, determine emotions, or decide how you feel. Do not use MoodWatch + for medical, emergency, safety-critical, employment, or insurance decisions. AirPods Pro 3 live check-ins require iOS 26 or later, compatible hardware, and Apple Health access. History is available through a separate one-time purchase. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://moodwatch.io/PrivacyPolicy
