SiteOps is the job-site time clock built for construction crews and the people who run them. Field workers clock in and out with a single tap, and SiteOps uses GPS to confirm they're actually at the assigned job site. While a shift is running, SiteOps watches a geofence around the site and can automatically clock a worker out the moment they leave, so nobody has to remember. Employers get an accurate, tamper-resistant record of who worked where and when. FOR THE CREW • One-tap clock in / clock out with GPS job-site verification • Automatic clock-out when you leave the site (no more forgotten punches) • See your hours, breaks, and schedule at a glance • Snap receipt photos — SiteOps reads the vendor and amount for you • Capture job-site progress photos • Message your crew and foreman in-app • Works in English and Spanish FOR EMPLOYERS • Know exactly who is on which job, in real time • GPS-verified time entries with a full edit audit trail for payroll integrity • Set up job sites with an address and a geofence radius • Schedule crews and get no-show alerts • Track job expenses, receipts, and profit-and-loss LOCATION SiteOps records your precise location when you clock in and out to verify you're at the correct job site. While you are clocked in, it uses background location to detect when you leave the site and clock you out automatically. Background location is used ONLY during an active shift and stops the moment you clock out — when you're off the clock, SiteOps does not track your location. Because location is monitored continuously during a shift, background GPS use can affect battery life. Automatic clock-out requires "Always" location permission; if you don't grant it, the app shows a banner and everything else keeps working. PRIVACY Your location data stays inside SiteOps and is never sold or shared with advertisers. Read our full privacy policy at https://siteops.company/privacy. SiteOps is a workplace tool for construction businesses in the United States.
