SolarEast ESS APP is a smart tool designed specifically for distributors and users, aiming to simplify the management and monitoring of energy storage devices. With this APP, distributors can easily bind the devices to the cloud server, establishing a seamless connection between the devices and their smartphones. Once the binding is successful, users can monitor the status and operating information of the devices in real-time through the APP, allowing them to promptly identify any fault. The main features of this application include device provisioning, enabling rapid connectivity between the devices and the cloud server, facilitating remote device management. Furthermore, users can access the information reported by the devices, such as battery status and energy utilization, among others. The APP also supports local LAN-based device upgrades, ensuring that the devices always have the latest features and performance. Additionally, the APP provides a user feedback function, enabling users to submit questions and suggestions through the APP.
