Snap a receipt. Starlog reads it, files it to your own Google Drive, and keeps a live spreadsheet your accountant can open anytime. Your data, your Drive — never locked inside a vendor's database. Starlog is the receipt scanner and expense tracker for founders, freelancers, and small teams who'd rather run their business than wrangle paperwork. WHAT IT DOES • Snap a receipt and OCR fills in the store, amount, and date — photos and PDFs both work • Share a receipt straight in from Photos, Gmail, or WhatsApp • Track spend in INR, USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, or AUD with live exchange rates • Group receipts into reports for a trip, project, or client, with spend charts and insights YOUR DRIVE, NOT OURS Every approved receipt backs up to your own Google Drive, organised by company, year, and month. Starlog also keeps a live Google Sheet that mirrors your book and rewrites itself on every change — an always-current ledger you can share with your accountant. Disconnect anytime; your files stay put. TAX-SEASON READY Export everything as a spreadsheet (XLSX) with every receipt image in one ZIP. India users get a Tally-ready file that imports directly — no re-keying. FREE FOR YOUR WHOLE TEAM Invite employees or contractors with a 6-character code. They capture on their own phone; you review and approve from your Inbox. No per-seat fees, ever. MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS? Keep each company's receipts, reports, categories, and Drive folder cleanly separate, and switch between them in a tap. WHAT'S FREE • One company, unlimited team members • 30 receipts per month (after a 6-month welcome window) • Full spreadsheet + image export Make it yours with nine accent themes and a polished dark or light look. Every receipt, accounted for.
