After viewing the videos, blood pressure, heart rate, and anxiety decreased in all cases. Blood pressure decreased on average from 136-88 to 115-71, well within the ideal blood pressure range. The average heart rate also decreased by 6.5% to 67.4 beats per minute. STAI, which measures anxiety by self-assessment, was used, and also showed a 35% decrease. The 30-minute videos featured animals such as kittens, puppies, and quacker wallabies. The quakka wallaby, by the way, is a creature native to Western Australia and is sometimes called the "happiest animal in the world." https://www.firststopsingapore.com/en/study-quokkas-can-be-good-for-your-health/ ■Dog images are obtained from https://aws.random.dog/view/601 Thank you for the cute dog images. ■Disclaimer We are not responsible for any trouble or disadvantage caused by the use of this applidogion.
