Pyxi vs Psychic Mel

We are a discovery application. We help our users' structure and make their social life more meaningful. We offer a personalised service to our users by presenting them with a list of existing events and happenings that match their interests, created by other users or by businesses. After we successfully manage to find the right activity for our user, we match them with up to 5 people to enjoy the experience with. No fun things to do around? No problem. Our users can create their own event, a spontaneous one, or one for later and find like-minded people to join them. We aim at combating loneliness, overstimulation and failed connectivity. We are here for you whoever you are, whatever your interests are, any time, any where. Pyxida is your social navigator. Your personal compass. Your tool to help you always be connected to the right ones (places and people).

Let Mel guide you. Pick a card, share a short message, and receive a thoughtful, personal fortune written just for you. SWIPE, HOLD, REVEAL -- • Swipeable card deck – Swipe left or right to move through the deck. Each card is tied to a theme: travel, love, work, self, money, adventure, or the people in your life. Confession style prompts – Each card has one open sentence, for example: “The place that keeps calling to me is .” or “What I wish they knew is .” You fill in the blank with something true. • Personal fortunes – Your answer is sent securely to Mel, who returns a short, personalised fortune: reflective and kind, not generic. YOUR READINGS -- • Save to My Deck – After a reading you can save it to your scrapbook. Your Deck stores the card, your confession, and Mel’s fortune so you can revisit them anytime. • My Profile – See your star sign (from your date of birth), how many readings you’ve done (total, this week, this month), your most drawn card and day, and when you first and last had a reading. MOON & SUN -- • Tonight’s moon – The current moon phase is shown in the corner. Tap it to see the phase name, illumination, and a short note on the energy of the phase. • Today’s date and sun – Tap the date for today’s sunrise and sunset (and how many minutes later or earlier than yesterday), when the clocks go forward or back next, and “energy at the moment” based on the time of day. CREDITS & ONBOARDING -- • Free credits to start – New users get free credits to try readings. One credit is used each time you flip a card and see a fortune. • Optional in app purchase – You can buy more credits when you need them. Restore purchases is supported. • Short onboarding – A quick flow asks for your name, email, and date of birth (for your star sign and profile). You can choose whether to allow push notifications. A few reflective questions help personalise your experience. DESIGN & FEEL -- • Mystical, calm look – Tarot inspired cards, layered backgrounds, and a crystal ball style navigation. The app is built for a few quiet minutes of reflection. • Optional push notifications – Turn on notifications in onboarding if you want reminders or updates from the app. Psychic Mel is for reflection and gentle guidance. The fortunes are generated with care from your own words. No guarantee of outcomes: just a moment to pause, confess a little, and see what Mel sends back.
