Arborium vs Certified Arborist Pro

Arborium is a simple but powerful tool created to assist tree care companies with their administrative work. The app allows you to quickly create professional quotes and will follow the job through every step of its life cycle. It can send emails & documents to clients in either French or English. You will also be able to create formulas to automatically calculate the cost of services. These formulas can either be based on the DBH, the DSH, or on a user defined variable, such as hours of work.

Certified Arborist Pro is the essential companion app for professional arborists and tree service crews working in the field. Built to keep your team organized, efficient, and connected -- whether you are pruning in a downtown alley or doing storm cleanup on a rural property with no cell signal. MANAGE YOUR JOBS View all assigned jobs at a glance with status indicators, priority levels, and service type. Filter by date, status, or location to find exactly what you need. Accept, start, and complete jobs directly from your phone. Move smoothly from a crown reduction in the morning to a removal in the afternoon without losing your place. NAVIGATE TO JOB SITES Integrated mapping provides turn-by-turn directions to every property. View all your assigned jobs on an interactive map and plan efficient routes between stops -- critical when covering a wide service area in a single day. CAPTURE PHOTOS WITH GPS TAGGING Photograph trees, work areas, and equipment with the built-in camera. Every photo is automatically tagged with GPS coordinates and a timestamp, so your before-and-after documentation always lines up with the right job and the right tree. Attach multiple photos to any service report. CREATE DETAILED SERVICE REPORTS Document every job with comprehensive service reports. Record work performed (pruning, cabling, removal, stump grinding, storm cleanup), labor hours, parts used, and customer notes. Capture customer signatures on-site to confirm service completion. TAG JOBS BY SERVICE TYPE Use tags like "Pruning," "Hazardous Tree," "Storm Damage," "Cabling," and "Removal" to categorize jobs across your route. Quickly filter the day's work by what kind of equipment and crew you'll need. WORK OFFLINE, SYNC LATER Designed for crews who work on remote properties with limited or no cellular coverage. Create service reports, take photos, and complete jobs entirely offline. All data syncs automatically when connectivity returns -- nothing is ever lost. STAY ON SCHEDULE A built-in calendar view shows your upcoming assignments by day, week, or month. Receive push notifications for new job assignments, schedule changes, and sync confirmations. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Certified Arborist Pro is designed for real-world conditions in the tree care industry. The interface works well with gloves on, in bright sunlight, and on the go. Data is cached locally so the app remains responsive regardless of network conditions. PAIRS WITH THE WEB DASHBOARD This app works alongside the Certified Arborist Pro web dashboard used by office staff and dispatchers. Jobs scheduled on the dashboard appear instantly on your device. Completed reports sync back for invoicing and recordkeeping. Certified Arborist Pro is provided as a companion to licensed Certified Arborist Pro accounts. A valid account is required to sign in.
