Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Chugli at none against JoyFeed's 1. Chugli also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). JoyFeed's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Chugli against 5.0 for JoyFeed. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: JoyFeed has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
