Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Bodenvy at 5.0 against Fly Vaunt's 3.1. Bodenvy also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). Fly Vaunt's advantage is ratings volume (212 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Bodenvy holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fly Vaunt has 212 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Bodenvy ships an update every 5 weeks, Fly Vaunt fortnightly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
