Most wellness apps track one thing. FitWay tracks the four things that actually matter — nutrition, hydration, activity, and routine — and gives you one Daily Rhythm Score that shows how well you're living today. No extreme diets. No expensive wearables. Just small daily changes that make you feel measurably better. **YOUR FIRST DAY IS GUIDED** New to FitWay? Our "Complete Your First Day" experience walks you through all 4 vitals step by step. Log your first water, snap your first meal, take your first walk, set your first routine — and watch your Daily Rhythm Score come alive. Most people feel the difference by day two. **WHY FITWAY IS DIFFERENT** - 4 Vitals, Not 1 — Nutrition, hydration, activity, and routine aren't add-ons. They're the foundation of how you feel every day. - Daily Rhythm Score — The only daily wellness score you actually control. Not based on HRV or sleep data — based on what you DID today. See exactly why your score changed and what to do next. - Smart AI Coaching — AI-powered food recognition from a photo. A personalised daily nudge based on your data. A coach that learns your patterns and gets better over time. - Gamification That Works — FitCoins, streaks, badges, and milestones make consistency feel rewarding, not punishing. Streak alerts make sure you never lose momentum. - Phone Only — No expensive ring or watch required. Enhanced by Apple Watch and HealthKit, never dependent on them. **WHAT YOU CAN DO** - Track hydration with one tap — see your real hydration level from every drink and food - Log meals with AI-powered photo recognition — snap, confirm, done - Monitor activity and recovery — HealthKit integrated, automatic syncing - Build routines that stick — morning, evening, custom habits with coaching - See your Daily Rhythm Score improve in real time with animated rings - Earn FitCoins, unlock badges, and keep your streaks alive - Weekly trend sparkline — see your progress at a glance - Smart notifications — morning score summary, daily tips, streak alerts FitWay is for the person who wants to feel 10% better without turning health into a second job.
