When a contraction starts, you need one clear button. Cadence is a simple contraction timer and tracker with a baby kick counter, readable history and a calm design for one-handed use. TIME CONTRACTIONS SIMPLY Tap to start, tap to stop. See each contraction's duration and the interval from the start of one contraction to the start of the next. Add an optional intensity rating from 1 to 10. Edit times, add a missed contraction and keep your sessions together in History. COUNT BABY MOVEMENTS Record each kick with a large button and see how much time has passed since the first movement. Review your previous kick-counting sessions whenever you need them. YOUR TIMING, AT A GLANCE Choose a 5-1-1, 4-1-1 or 3-1-1 timing pattern, customize it or turn it off. Cadence shows when your recorded timing matches your choice. It does not decide whether you are in labor. MADE FOR THE MOMENT ⢠Large controls, clear type and light and dark themes. ⢠Lock Screen Live Activity and Home Screen widgets. ⢠Offline timing and records saved on your iPhone. ⢠No account required. Contraction timing, kick counting and history are free. SHARE WITH CADENCE PRO Export your contraction sessions as PDF or CSV to share with your doctor or midwife. Pro is an optional one-time purchase, with no subscription. Family Sharing is supported. Files are shared only when you choose. You control usage and crash-data sharing in Settings. Cadence records the times you enter. It does not provide a diagnosis or medical advice. If you are concerned about contractions or baby movements, contact your care team.
